SAN JOSE, CA – The San Jose Giants return home for a seven-game homestand beginning Monday, July 4 at 6:30 PM. The Giants will host the Modesto Nuts for a three-game set July 4-6 and will conclude the homestand with a four-game series versus the Bakersfield Blaze July 7-10.

Siloam Springs pharmacy owner shoots intruder
Ken Rhodes says he was sleeping about 1 a.m. Wednesday when the man broke through the glass front door of Jepson Drug in the northwest Arkansas town. He says he shot the man in the chest after the man pointed what appeared to be a rifle. Rhodes says he later learned the weapon is a baseball bat.
