Orthopeddic surgeon James Andrews found no structural damage in Josh Johnson’s shoulder Wednesday. Johnson received a cortisone shot and won’t throw for 10 days. OAKLAND, Calif. — Josh Johnson won’t be returning to the mound quite as soon after the All-Star break as the Marlins had hoped.
